Particularities
AN IMPORTANT ADVANTAGE OF HISTORICAL SAFES IS THEIR SPECIAL SUITABILITY FOR DOCUMENT STORAGE:
Due to the historical double-walled design with fine closure and insulation with ash or shell limestone, the ALTE is absolutely fire-resistant and extremely resistant to heat!
Difference to modern safes = the antique safe prevents yellowing in the event of fire damage.
