Description
The position comprises 9 benches with a total length of approximately 20 m. The wooden frame parts are single channelled, the front legs are turned. Between them bentwood arches form both reinforcement and decoration. The backrests are veneered at the back. The seats and backrests are covered with an early form of imitation leather. Some of the benches can be connected with wooden pins.
The benches often show old repairs: The upholstery is partly torn, heavily worn and/or patched with different materials. The frames are partly reinforced with iron bands. The bentwood is partially broken.
