Properties of Solnhofer floorboards
Solnhofer is one of the toughest limestone in the world, with a high density. Compared with granite and slate it is radiation-free and has no fumes, such as can occur in artificial stones. If the natural stone from Solnhofen have a rough/ beveled surface it is nonskid and therefore suitable for the bathroom. Due to its capacity, it can used for heavy-duty floor areas.
